  • Advance Payment: A 60% advance payment of the total invoice is required to start your order.

  • Order Details: You have 12 hours after paying the advance to confirm all details like design and fabric. After this, no changes will be possible.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel after placing an order with a deposit, a deduction will apply, as we begin the manufacturing process.

 

Delivery & Shipping

 

  • Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver standard orders within 3 to 7 working days once all details are finalized and the advance payment is complete.

    • Note: The delivery timeline for orders with a specific nature (e.g., custom orders) will depend on the product and will be communicated to you accordingly.

  • Charges: Delivery charges apply and vary based on location.

  • Damages: Please inspect your order for any damage upon delivery. You must report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Timely Receiving: If you don't collect your order within [Number] days of it being ready, a warehouse fee will be charged.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We offer refunds only in specific situations:

  • You received an incorrect product, color, or fabric.

  • The product has significant damage upon delivery that you reported within 24 hours.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for:

  • A change of mind.

  • Products you provided a fully customized design for.

  • Damage that occurs after delivery.

 

Warranty

 

We offer a warranty on our products against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages from misuse or natural wear and tear. The specific warranty period will be decided at the time of project finalization, as it depends on the nature of the product. This ensures that you receive a warranty that is tailored to your specific furniture.
